Special Hershey's Kisses

Once upon a time, in the far off land of Pennsylvania, a worker at the Hershey Corporation spied a little blob of chocolate and had a flash of brilliance. "We'll call it a chocolate Kiss!" he declared, and thus the mighty Kiss was born. Since that day, these little blobs have evolved into some kind of weird, de-facto love candy, which is crazy because they don't look anything like a kiss. A better name would have been Chocolate Drops, or Swirls, or...heck I don't know, but some guy called it a Kiss and now it sells jillions at Valentine's. That, my friends, is pure...marketing...genius.

But the nonsensicalness of the name isn’t really the point, because we're going to climb aboard this love train too. Buy yourself a bag of Hershey's Kisses and swap out those little pieces of paper with personal notes. You know, stuff you love about your partner, favorite times together, their best traits, and so forth. Don't go overboard, a half-dozen wrapped up in a little box will be enough to let them know you care. Then, each time they unwrap a sweet treat they'll discover one more thing you love about them!

Hershey's Drippers...now that would have been good.
