Roses are red violets are blue romantic text message
Don't worry, we're not going to be creating some flowery prose straight out of a Shakespeare production. No pressure here. This is more about sneaking your sweetie a fun little poem that makes them feel all soft and gooshy inside. Just for a minute.

And what better format to use than the tried and true "Roses are red, Violets are blue?" A masterful work that has been fueling amateur comedians and hack poets alike for centuries. Something to the tune of:

Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
I just can't stop,
Thinking of you.

Cute, sweet, and good for a big smile and a kiss the next time they see you. The great part is that the only thing I needed for this brilliantly-crafted masterpiece is a word that rhymes with 'blue'! Make it romantic, funny, cheesy, or corny - whatever suits your mood. Then slip your poem into a purse, wallet, book, or some other place they'll stumble across it later and you are set.
